About Azerbaijan State Agricultural University

Azerbaijan State Agricultural University, commonly known as ADAU, is a state university based in Ganja, Azerbaijan's second-largest city.

The university's academic history goes back to 1920, when an agricultural faculty was established within the Baku Polytechnic Institute. In 1929, the Azerbaijan Agricultural Institute was established, and the institution was later transferred to Ganja in 1931. Over the decades, it developed into today's Azerbaijan State Agricultural University.

ADAU's academic focus extends beyond traditional agriculture. Its current undergraduate portfolio includes fields such as agronomy, veterinary medicine, pharmacy, biotechnology, food engineering, information technology, computer engineering, business administration, economics, finance, marketing, management and design, alongside numerous agriculture-related disciplines.
