About the Institute

Medical University of Gdańsk (MUG) is one of Poland’s leading medical universities and the largest medical academic institution in northern Poland. Its origins date back to 1945, and today it is recognized for excellence in medical education, clinical training, and biomedical research. The university consists of four main faculties: Medicine, Health Sciences, Pharmacy, and the Intercollegiate Faculty of Biotechnology.
