The graduates have vast knowledge on different functional areas of enterprise like: strategic management, business planning, controlling and financial management, marketing management, engineering management, logistics, production management, total productive maintenance, quality management and human resources management.Students will learn how to apply management principles to engineering projects and organizations.
The graduates have also wide knowledge concerning new forms of business organizations like lean and agile enterprises. Very often they get managerial positions in companies. The graduates are also prepared to run their own business. MSc in Engineering Management programs require students to complete a capstone project or thesis, where they apply their knowledge and skills to solve real-world engineering management problems.
