The 6-year MD program is designed for high school/secondary school graduates. It is a full-time study program based on requirements obligatory for Polish medical higher education institutions and is adequate to EU standards. In India known as MBBS ( Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery). The program consists of 6 years (12 semesters). The first 3 years (1-6 semesters) include pre-clinical, basic subjects; anatomy, medical chemistry, biology, biophysics, physiology, histology and cell biology, microbiology, pathomorphology, pharmacology, and others

The next 3 years (7-12 semesters) are composed of clinical subjects such as internal medicine, pediatrics, surgery, obstetrics and gynecology, psychiatry, radiology, family medicine, neurology, oncology & palliative care, otolaryngology, ophthalmology, infectious diseases and others.
