This program incorporates extensive studies in Pharmacology with a strong component of related biomedical sciences, providing a solid preparation for employment opportunities or for entry into graduate or professional training programs. We are a diverse department committed to teaching and research in a multidisciplinary environment.

We provide opportunities at all levels to interact with faculty and engage in research and scientific communication. MCGill  also offer the opportunity to explore careers in academia, industry, and government in many different disciplines. Pharmacology has developed its own set of principles and methods to study the mode of action of drugs, Hands-on experience with techniques such as drug screening, molecular biology, and cell culture will  be included.
